Withdrawal Effects/Symptoms

I've managed to not cut for 4 days.

I know that when I don't cut I get bad mood swings, stronger urges but the part that worries me the most are the violent thoughts I get.

I always have violent thoughts but when I was on the bus today I unconsciously planned a detail ass-kicking and murder... I wasn't even thinking about it and didn't realize it until someone said my name.

I mean, the mood swings and urges still worry me but the thoughts are what really creep me out.

Any advice to get rid of them?

firstly congratulations on making four days :D

well, you need to find out what causes you to feel this way and if you can do anything about it on your own. if not, go to your doctor, tell them you want to speak privatly and work with them to solve your problem(s)

try and keep positive and keep up that days without cutting ration :)

You are bound to get side effects, and there is nothing you can really do to stop them. The longer you don't cut for the easier it will get, and the less you will get these side effects.
As Tristin said, if you are really worried about it you could go and see a doctor.

Thanks, but I can't go too a doctor. That would mean my Mom would probably find out and she can't. She would completely flip and she works hard enough already, I don't need to stress her out anymore than she is.

the doctor is not allowed to tell your mother if you tell him/her not to, if they do they are breaking the law :) you have nothing to worry about by going to the doctors :)

I think that's only if I'm at least 18. I think that i'm technically my parents "property" until i'm 16. Not sure but whatever. I can ask him about it and I'll Google it to make sure. Thanks:)

No, they are if they feel you're a danger to yourself or others.
