the random boners are 100% noram lol every guy gets them

as for the others, every guy grows at a different pace, example im 15 and 7" erect my twin brother is only 6" so i cant really say for sure

A boys testicles drop before birth or during infancy, its a myth that it is any part of puberty. Undescended testicles are a serious matter, if you think you have a problem with that you should consult your doctor.

Very normal for you to get random boners, As Nick said above the whole ball dropping thing is a myth. As for your size, don't worry about it. Your only 15, so you still have 5-6 years left of growing!
