heres the situation.

theres this female friend of mine i really REALLY like like a shit load...and for ahes too like all year and her and her bf are broken up and only sorrta together like its loads complicated shes confused wether she still wanna be with him and idk i wanna confess my feelings towards her.

however i dont plan to do that right now cus shes having trouble with her bf atm and may or may not get back together so ill wait and see what happens

2nd problem, her bf is a close mate of mine.

and well if it comes to it, how should i tell her??

I need advice...any will do.

Don't make a move until both of them are clear of each other and the over the relationship.

Otherwise, you risk alienating both your friend and the girl by diving in on an already complicated situation. Hold your tongue, and bide your time. Patience comes to those who wait, you just need a little more.

Aren't you the poster I helped who had a troublesome relationship where you both cheated a number of times?

If so, it's good to see you have moved on good sir.

I think you wait until a few months after they break up for good. Then ask her out. If she says no, you'll move on. If she says yes, you probably need to tell your friend soon so he doesn't find out from somone else. He needs to hear it from you.
