My town has its own fiber line run from the capital for all the public buildings. At my school the Internet speed exceeds the bandwidth of our laptops... Getting around 50mbs down and 40mbs up...

My house speed test claims it's 30 down and .98 up but I pay for 5 down and 1 up....

For some reason many applications I use on Chrome don't register that I have Java so second test was messed up. I also haven't updated Chrome in who knows how long, so I don't know whose fault that is. But I do love my internet connection even though it's provided by Comcast. It's the provider that dominates my apartment building sadly.

That is strange that the upload is better then the download
atleast here in the USA , we get FAST downloads but our Evil ISP's
never like to go beyond say 10mbit for the upload- Unless Fiber or Cellular.

And how is the ping 0Ms. Fiber is 1-3Ms right and Serbia Broadband is a cable provider
so wouldnt it be in the 20-50ms range that Cable usually clocks in at.

Also , Why did you not show the finished Speedtest for your Cellular?

Possibly. Assuming that their equipment and software are accurate, ur speed can also be affected by the hard cable which connects ur computer to their sever.
