Why? A Doctor is a Doctor. They don't care what you down there, They are there to do their jobs. They have seen everything from shaven to natural. I shave and the doctor doesn't say a word. There is nothing wrong with going shaven or natural. Its a personal preference.

Leave your pubes however you want them. I had a physical the other day and I left my pubes natural (and trust me I have quite a big bush) and the doctor didn't say a word. You'll be fine, trust me :)
