ok so my girl and i have been dating for awhile. we are 15 and we have madeout and i felt her up. i wont to go down on her if you no wat i mean. the only problem is that she has never have her "time of the month". does this matter? should i do it b4 or after she gets it?

It really doesn't matter.. If she feels shes ready, and if you feel your ready, go for it. But whether or not shes started her period or not, ALWAYS, and I repeat, ALWAYS, use protection. No matter what.

The fact that she hasn't started her periods yet is irrelevant.
If you decide to progress to intercourse, though, always use protection even if she hasn't started her periods yet.
