I feel like a doofus

It feels like its been a year since i cut to the point of actually making blood come out, but i did it less than an hour ago. I feel stupid and weak and mad and upset at myself like i gave up and now i feel the urge to do it again.

How long does it take? I look at anything pointy for a year and still have that feeling, does it take five years to get rid of the urge completely?

I need help :( Im confused. Thank goodness its winter or else i would be in trouble. The lock box was unlocked with the key on top so i stole a knife.

Well im getting pissed off at a cat so im gonna go- im hearing things and seeing things at 3:45 am, i feel like a doofus.

Dont beat yourself up about it, it only makes you feel worse
I made it almost 2 years without doing it, and I messed up and started again a few months ago
It can take years for the urges to fade, but for some people they never go away
We've all slipped up at some point dont let it get you down, you can make it another year and more, never give up
