First, my scrotum is very small. My penis is around 6.5 inches and my scrotum just looks tiny compared to it.
But what I am mainly worried about is when I am masturbating, sometimes my let testicle will go back up 'there'.
Both of my testicles are descended BTW

Tbh ive never heard something like this before. I shouldnt worry too much at the moment but if your realy worried you can go see a doctor for advice. But it delends how old you are and how far into puberty you are.

Your penis size is above the adult average, so you should be happy with that. Some guys balls hang lower than others, its unlikely that you have a problem. Also its normal for the testicles to retract closer to your body during sexual activity and especially when you get close to orgasm, so what you are experiencing is probably just that.

If there is any pain, or if you feel that it doesn't "re-descend" so to speak - then you should maybe look into it. Otherwise you are fine like everybody else has said!

As long as you're not in pain, it sounds fine.

Okay, thanks.
It does 're-descend' and it not painful but it is uncomfortable.
But it really goes far up to the point that it is basically invisible.
