Hi, i'm not an expert at computers but i know my way around one and this is really annoying me.

I've had an iPod touch 3rd generation for like a year and its always been fine, i couldn't connect it to my pc to sync for a while but still had wi-fi so i downloaded quite a few apps.

Now when i try to sync my iPod it keeps on telling me those apps are going to be deleted...why!? They're on my iPod!
Is there any way around this or do i just never sync my apps again?

Is your computer authorized with your iTunes account?
And could you either copy down the error/pop-up exactly or get a screenshot of it?

Doesn't seem like something that should happen. iPods and iTunes are desinged to copy apps, music, etc over from one to the other so they are both right. A screenshot would be nice :)

Also, if it is that your iPod wasn't originally synced with that computer, you can usually still add things to your iPod by dragging them onto it, but you won't be able to sync it or you'll lose everything. There are iPod rippers out there though, but most of the decent ones cost money.
