I've used creatine before and it doesn't have a negative affect on me..it helps me alot. but Now i'm trying whey protein. does anybody think this is a good alternative.. I COULD take both..b/c creatine is suppose to be drank before a workout and whey protein is for after, and it's suppose to work as a team but most people only take one

no most ppl take both. when i started getting back into lifting i took creatine b4 workouts and it allowed my muscles to lift more without feeling the affects of the exhaustion, whey protein is NOTHING like creatine. muscles thrive on protein, its what gives them strength, its what ur muscles need to grow.

its perfectly ok to take both, take creatine once a day, and take whey protein about 4 times a day, once for breakfast, once b4 lunch as a snack, once b4 supper as a snack and once after u workout.
