I have a bad case of Eczema over my arms and chest. If you don't know what that is it is a skin condition where the skin Flares up and becomes extremely itchy but when scratches bleeds and makes my skin look a mess. Throughout the day I'm normally ok because I have other things to think about exam's ect but at night I find it really hard to sleep because of the itching I have lotions and other ointments but none stop the itching. I'm 15 do you think sleeping pills could help because I have exams soon and I'm expected to do quite well but I'm depraved of sleep and in school I cannot concentrate at school and been kicked out of class twice this week because of falling asleep in class.
