Latley i have felt so dizzy it's been ridiculous. I can't concentrate at school or even on conversations sometimes. I have low blood pressure and am on medication for it. I take my medication and often still feel dizzy. I have a possible Eating Disorder but even days when i feel like i've eaten alot i still get dizzy. it really is getting ridiculous now and i'm a bit confused of weather it is my blood pressure and heart problems causing this or my not eating... Can this be like "developed" from not eating enough over a long period of time or does it just happen if you haven't eaten enough on that particular day? it could also possibly be to do with blood loss from self harm. it does tend to be worse after that although i swear i don't loose that much blood and it seems to continue for a few days after that. It alos doesn't only happen when i cut. So confused :/

I'm really not suprised you've been dizzy kathy.
possibly anemic, but do you think that might have been influenced by some of the things you've done lately?
and yes, not eating enough can catch up to ya. Especialy if you don't eat meats and don't try to supliment with something else.

You know you have an eating disorder - which won't help, whether you eat too little or too much it's going to affect your dizziness.
Anaemia could be it, after all, you're pale as anything :P
A lot of things can make you dizzy. Period = blood loss, can make you disorientated and dizzy, could it be that?

Yes, but it may still be effecting you. Body doesn't replenish that quickly.

Be careful with that though. Its easy to accidentally take too much iron, and have problems (which is why kids taking too many multi vits is dangerous)

Yeah, I didn't mean that she should just start buying iron tabs and taking them without looking into this further, it was more a friendly joke cuz Kathy is already always taking drugs for one thing or another :P

And Kyle i had it a bit before that... thing. It just got worse afterwards. but that would contribute to anemia a bit i suppose?

Consult your GP (or your Mum) and see what they can do for you. Hopefully they'll refer you to the hospital for blood tests etc.

I'm due a blood test this month. My mum is doing it for me. Think i could ask her to pop on an anemia test too? xD Save me having two blood tests.

I don't see why not ;)
No good having a GP for a mum if you can't make full use of her :P
