1. I feel guilty after I eat anything, even one cookie or something.
2. Sometimes I'll put something in my mouth to eat it, decide against it, and just spit it out and throw it away.
3. I've taken laxatives before because I've felt guilty of eating too much, but it's not a daily thing, probably once a month.
4. I'll go a day without eating to clear my system too, then "start over" the next day, only eating a little bit. Then I feel guilty and the cycle repeats.
Is this normal or could it be early signs of an eating disorder? I'm also, like, never hungry, I only eat because I feel like I have to to stay alive, but I've been feeling too guilty to eat because I feel chubby. My friends tell me I'm skinny though.
