Hidden her pain in poems
Shown viciously on a stained razor
She did not ask for the pain
Or the blood
or the numb heart she carried
Yet craving soon consumed her,
"I'm sorry," she'll whisper,
"This pain is only temporary,"
"Emotions will fade,"
She knew it was deeply wrong
You can't keep secrets all over your arm
One cut here, and here, and here,
the tracks add up
eyes
unfocused.
Shown viciously on a stained razor
She did not ask for the pain
Or the blood
or the numb heart she carried
Yet craving soon consumed her,
"I'm sorry," she'll whisper,
"This pain is only temporary,"
"Emotions will fade,"
She knew it was deeply wrong
You can't keep secrets all over your arm
One cut here, and here, and here,
the tracks add up
eyes
unfocused.
