Need somebody to talk to....

Hi guys, its been a while.
Just wanted to say, I feel like I am about to have a real crash with my depression :( . I really dont want to explain it on here but if anybody feels like they want to talk to me please do message me, I just need somebody who I can finally tell the whole truth to, without them getting shocked or angry at me. :(
Thank you so much, I am just about holding it together but I really need to have a vent before something tipps be back over the edge, because I have been about five months clean from cutting and I really dont want to revert back....

I hope you will manage to stay strong, self harm wont really change the underlying things that are causing your depression. Happy to provide an ear if I might be able to help.

I'd like to talk to you about this, but this rule stops me. I can see the up-side to it, but it sucks that I can't PM. I tend to be a lurker and barely ever post. :(.
