Hi i feel so guilty, i feel as though i have ate too much when i feel like this it can trigger to me self harming which at the moment im trying not to. Any tips on how to control this felling of guilt?

You need to try your best to eradicate your feeling of guilt.
Most likely, you're not really feeling guilt because of the fact that you've eaten, it probably comes from somewhere else; e.g. not feeling accepted by someone (therefore feeling like you're not good enough, losing self confidence, feeling fat/not normal and hence: feeling guilty for eating).
You may not know exactly where this stems from, but you need to realise that eating is something no one should feel guilty about. You'll do your body more harm by not eating than you will by not eating. Just try your hardest to relax about having food included in your life - try to make it seem like it's not a big deal, because it's not.
The sooner you stop this problem, the easier it will be and the better you will feel ^^

If you asked for an msn via a VM this will have been deleted as it is not aloud, i will also remind you that you are not allowed to ask for msn's through posts.
As for the feeling guilty try to eat with other people. if you are eating with other people you can see they are eating the same as you, if not more. Also sharing things with people helps. Makes you feel like you've eaten less and also that you've eaten the same amount as someoen you consider perfectly fine weight wise. I get this too and i know how hard it is to get rid of it.
