Your Bra is most likely too small. You could go to a store that sells them like Victoria's Secret and they can fit you for your size.

if it's too small for you, you need to be considering getting a new one as it will cause strain. Nipples tingling and getting hard is nothing to worry about, it can be for a number of reasons ranging for it being cold, to you feeling aroused. You don't have to masturbate when it gets like that, just let it happen, and whatever happens, happens.

You should use right size for your breast. Nipples getting hard is common for various reasons.

Stretch marks are from your boobs going up in down in size. my gyno says it is normal for large breasted women to have stretch marks on them from being preg or weight gain/ loss. I have a few small marks on the sides , but not noticable unless i'm dark tan and they are pulled to the middle. Niplles get hard for lots of reasons, cold, horny or rubbin on your shirt. mine are hard almost all the time....like the size of the tip of my thumb. they only go down (soft) when it take a hot shower, but stand right back up as soon as i dry off;) i just got used to it and I don't pay any attention anymore.
