was 100, then 103, then 114, then 130 and now 145. I feel fat, my BMI is overweight, i want to make myself throw up when noone is home. Ill use the end of a fork, drinking 10 cups of water, anything. This saturday i might try to throw up. I got a graduated bob dark burgundy red hair to make myself feel better, now i just need to gt rid of the hip fat, the "pregnant" belly that i always suck in, the thigh fat and big boobs. I have dark cellulite on my hips, thighs, butt, and lower back. I dont deserve this, ill throw up whenever i can or just go a week with only veggies, nuts and go on the treadmill till i fain.

Please dont get mad at me feel feeling fat. the hourglass is 36-24-36 and im a 42-31-36. Two girls around my age one looks half my size. Im 5 "2 1l2. im extremely curvy at the moment. I have disgusting saggy boobs.

Throw up whenever i can, ive talked about it before on here but i WILL do it and the week of veggie nuts and treadmill.

In a week ill post my new weight.

Throwing up? Whitening tooth paste and hold back on coffee and orange juice. There you go.

Don't be upset about your body. If your soul is good then the body is just nothing.
Anyway, throwing up is not the solution, you'll just gain the weigt again, and in the process will damage your body really bad.
Throwing up is easy. Throwing up is losing in the game, it's giving in to your urges.
You need to fight yourself! You need to fight the easy way, and go through the hard way, which eventually is the only way to get thinner and a better person.
Consult a nutritionist. Build an eating schedule, make this work! You can do it! It will be hard, but if you are determined, you can do it. I believe in you.
Can you promise me that you will not throw up but lose weight in the healthy way?

your not being serious. i weigh the same and im only an inch taller! and my bmi is underweight!

Purging is one of the most horrible things you can do. it can damage your vital organs, such as your heart. Living with a heart problem is Horrible! beleive me on that one you do not want problems with your heart. You might feel guilty now but if you haven't thrown up before you have the choice not too now. it can get addictive but your not addicted yet, so quit while your ahead! I stopped purging after i found myself doing it anywhere, public toilets anywhere. it really wasn't nice. You can also ruin your teeth. Please just don't get into the habit of purging. I'm sure this will go straight over your head but really, don't do it.

Do not start purging.
I now have serious medical problems from purging.
You could die in a purging episode.
Don't. Start.
You WILL regret it.

i know that you will just block out everyone saying that you shouldnt purge, because that is not what you want to hear, i understand that, bt, seriously, you could end up seriously ill if you continue. you are not seriously overweight, and if you want to change your body, isnt it better to lose, and keep it off?? :) exercise is the answer for me, you just have to make yourself do it, and it really pays off. i happen to have no gag reflexes whatsoever, and am only sick if i drink too much :'} i also plan out what i am going to eat for the week, and allow a little room for slip ups.
no one is ever going to get mad at you for feeling fat :O you are never as big you think you are, know this, and eventually you might believe it. i myself am yet to get there, bt there we go :'}
you need to be true to yourself, and set achievable goals, otherwise, you will feel like shit, and the vicious cycle of purging will get worse.
you can lose weight if you really want it, bt dont do damage to to yourself, it return for being skinny.

Seriously babe i no what your going through
you may think your fat but your not !!
i used to so i stopped eating 2 years ago
it got so serious i got told my life was on the line
becuase it becomes addicting
you get a buzz of the feeling
then you take it OTT
and think your gettin fatter when your not ..
Babe im 5ft 8/9 and i got my bmi index down to 14
to have an eating diorder its 18 ...
Dont do it !! its horrid
im stil recovering from it ...
ive damaged the back of my throat and my stomach lining
and my digestive system will never be normal again ...
im telling you ... its not worth it ...
if you seriously wanna lose weight then do it rationally over time
otherwise you will put weigth back on quickly
eat healthly and go running every morning try sports
and you will feel alot better ...
