ok so this is a little diffrent from the other cleaning posts. I want to know how to clean your penis if your foreskin is to tight to be pulled down over the head.

Well, I would just try to clean it as if you could pull it over as much as possible. If it is possible Try using a que tips (ear cleaner) and using that to get under the foreskin if it is too tight to pull up. BTW How old are you?

If you cant pull it back, go for a swim at a swimming pool, or take a bath and it will take care of itself
