The last time i harmed was last night it wasnt as bad as ones i've done before i feel like doing it right now =/ any ideas to distract myself for long period of time or make the feeling go away cos i have no idea, in my mind its the only thing that can work for me =/

That is a really good site for distractions.
The fact you've come on here for help means you don't really want to do it. That is a good thing. Just talking to someone might be what you need. I'm going out pretty soon otherwise i'd love to talk to you :(
If you do want to talk im sure there are other people on here that would help you out :)

I hope you can get over your feelings. Cutting can be really hard to get distracted from. But if you maybe find an activity, it can really help. Write out your feelings in a blog/private journal maybe?
