i'm a freshman at highschool.. age 14.. and there's this junior i think she's a junior and she's like um hot.. just i think her friend told her i like her cause her friend saw me staring at her.. and she stares at me sometimes.. should i ask her out??
and how do you ask out a girl?? i'm way too shy.. i'm rated the most shyest guy in my junior high school..and even with my friends.. there's 2 of them.. we been friends since i was in kindergarten and i rarely talk to them but i hang out with them..
and my friend is friends with a guy that's also friends with the girl i like..
tell me if this is too confusion..
There's just 3 things blocking my way to asking her out.. i'm too shy..
i'm scared she'll say no.. and i'm scared my friends will make more fun of me from asking her out..

I feel useless giving you the same information that everyone else is going to give you but here goes.
My step to step guide for asking out a girl you like:
1) Build you confidence, this step is half physical and half mental. You need to pump yourself up mentally in order to build your confidence, try making a list of all your good qualities. You would be suprised how much difference this will make in your self esteem. Also try your best to look as good as possable, trying a new hairstyle might also make a bigger difference than you think.
2) Learn about her. Learn what she likes and dislikes and what her interests are, this will make conversation more comfortable and flow smoothly.
3) Act confident and suave. Girls seem to be able to smell a unconfident individual from a mile away. Even if you are sweating buckets try to keep your cool.
4) Ask her. Be confident and don't beat around the bush. Pick an activity beforehand (one that she would like, see step 2), don't be indecisive and ask her what she would like to do, this is a sign of unconfidence.
5) Follow through. Don't be late to pick her up or meet her. Don't change your plans without notice.

Push the idea of rejection out of your mind. It sounds like a cliche but if you do not try your chance of sucess is 0%.

lol i know the chance is 0% but i'm just too shy.. ever since i was 7 i was the shyest person i know.. and if i learn about her she might think i'm a stalker.. and i don't want that.. and i don't have any good qualities except i'm good at football.. that's it well maybe i'm a fast typer but that's it.. and i have a serious low self-esteem and how can i take the rejection part out of my mind if i know like 99.9% she'll say no cause she's 16 2 years older than me and i just don't think she wants to date me or anything..
oh well i guess i could try..

Dude, I'm also shy... and look how hot I am
I also like a girl, and shes ALWAYS staring at me... we have talked like twice, and I don't even know how to ask her out... the only thing I can say, it just do it... man, you have no clue how many times I've been rejected by a "sorry, someone asked me out already..."
Just do it, even if its hard...

victoria isn't an ass.. she's the nicest girl i've seen and talked to.. but when she asked me if i like her i said kinda and she told everybody.. but if she does tell her best friend then would her best friend tell everybody??
i kinda hate myself.. i'm too cautious

I think that you should just try to take things slowly, depending on how well you know her. My girlfriend was already in my friend group before we started dating. Try hanging out with her more at school ect., or if your not that close just say a friendly "hi" to her, (sometimes you might want to say a bit more than that though). Eventually she will notice, and talk to you more and more.
