Weird Spot on X-Ray

Hi everyone. I recently went in and got a digital X-Ray by my orthodontist.
There is an extremely white spot in the middle of my neck area and it concerns me. If anyone has any ideas on what it might be I'd appreciate it.

Did you try asking your orthodontist? He should be able to tell you.

looks like you have an upper R guad - angular devation on molar 22 -
wisdom tooth - with upper devation on root to ambler tissue. the dot
looks like u had braces at one time - or you have been shot by the
canadain royal police with a be be gun -
