endurance will depend on experience, age, and individual factors, but usually people last at least 5 min

Well, it can change with the age. You also ejaculate faster when you don't masturbate for some time\Extre horney etc. there are different factors to this. If you are worried you can look it up on google...

to make it longer, go more slowly and stop for like 30 seconds here and there. You can make yourself go loger, but you need to really work at it

Stay away from the head at all cost, stroke just the shaft would be my advice. the head is the most sensitive so if you don't touch, you wont feel it!!

Many people have premature ejactulation. I'm only 13, but when I was 12 I had the same problem just not as bad. I would start and end in about 30 seconds every time even if I wasn't that aroused. I tried different techniques (cant discuss here) and eventually I trained myself to last longer. Not by much though. I last about 5 min on average.
