help!

Hi im kinda new to this so forgive me. I have been self harming now for 5 years quite badly i recently ended up in hospital i am looking for someone to tlak to and help me get through it as i dont feel i can at the moment no-one really understands what its like unless you've been through it. if you self harm and would like to get it touch and we can just talk please do i could do with a friend thanks x

I've never needed medical attention from harming, but i can relate to wanting someone to talk to. If you want i can give you my msn and we can talk whenever you want :)

I haven't been admitted yet but that's only cuz no one in my house knows yet. Many of us are looking for ways to quit and are more than willing to help others out, including me.
