Virus. Halp.

I downloaded something yesterday and since then internet explorer pop-ups keep, well, popping up. Im not even on IE, im using chrome. Anyways, I scanned with Avast! and Spybot search & destroy. They both removed some things but im still getting pop-ups.

Check the settings on Chrome to see if the pop-up blocker was disabled. If you've run the diagnostics to verify that you have no viruses, it's possible it was a small glitch in the browser software.

I really wouldn't know about anything else regarding pop-ups, so I'm afraid I'm pretty useless, aside from the basics here.
