Penis head

On the bottom part of the head of my penis near the skin (I am cut) it is whiteish. Above that and to the very top of my penis head it is pink.

Why is it like that?

The Whitish part that your talking about could be the frenulum. Or it could be just a bit of a skin bridge. The frenulum could of been left when you were circumcised and skin bridges are normal. Reasoning for the head being pink is men actually develop a distinct redness of the glans due to the highly increased blood flow in sexual situations or you could be being too rough while masturbating.

Im sure its nothing, some parts of your skin may be different colors that other parts.
