So I'm making a resolution. I want to get rid of my man boobs and my belly and arm fat by the new school year. Now this is in eleven weeks. Can you please tell me if this is a plausible goal. I'm starting a weights programs with 3 kg dumbbells, I do karate for a hour and a half twice a week and since I can't ride my bike for a bit I'm going to get up early and go for a run each morning. So is this possible?

It'll definatley happen eventually if you keep up this regime as well as eating a healthy diet (not too much fast food or food high in fat). I'm not sure whether it is possible to do in 11 weeks but it sounds like it could be. :)

a huge thing with looseing weight is eating healthy. also to accualy eat a lot of people think that if they dont eat they will lose weight faster. that is not true when you do not eat your body will then take the little food that you do eat and store it as fat so that the body will have energy. eathing heathy is the best thing for you also it is compleatly possible if you can possibly swimming is also a really good work out and find a friend or someone to run or work with you that always makes it more fun.

Depends on how much weight you're actually planning to lose. Plan on no more than 22 pounds in 11 weeks, and depending on how much you exercise and what you're eating, it might be more or less.
Your diet is actually a bit more important than exercise. You can still lose weight without exercise, as your body burns calories just by existing. I would focus on eating fewer calories than you burn first, then focus on exercise to burn an added few calories which can give you a little boost.

For burning the fat you have to do daily exercise.You should do sports exercise and eat only health like only food that contains less fat.You should not eat much fast food or junk food by doing this you can easily burn your fat.
