It is not a huge problem, but it would have been better if we don't have " This forum requires a 20 second wait time between the posts" that thing.
Why do we have it anyway? In order to avoid spamming, 1 minute or something is OK but this does not have a purpose

Yeah pretty much to avoid mass spamming of both members and adbots. It wont be disappearing any time soon. It doesn't stop it completely but it decreases and gives us time to stop the problem before it gets out of hand.

I thought it was because the server speeds couldn't handle everyone looking all at the same time o.O my fail?

Hmmm, i never even knew this existed. :S

It sounds like a good idea, 20 seconds is not that long at all.

I like it, because It catches me from accidentally posting something twice or something like that.

I find it rather dumb, its good in a way, but when it comes to members that post tons. It drives them away.

I don't know, I'm a bit sensitive about time between posts. I was in a forum where I was the only member where I had to wait 2 freaking minutes.

*shrugs*

Wow... Is it even possible to get two posts done in 20 seconds? O.o

Yep, I agree. Its virtually impossible to type and post 2 meaningful answers within 20 seconds of each other, but occasionally I've hit the 'Submit' button twice by mistake (or if response is slow and I think I cant have hit it yet) and this prevents a double post.

I find it rather dumb, its good in a way, but when it comes to members that post tons. It drives them away.
lol, no, I'm still here.

Only an adbot or deliberate spammer needs to be making 3 posts per minute.
