I disagree, I think you ejaculated. Many guys have clear cum when they first start to ejaculate, it gets whiter later on when you are producing more sperm.

It depends on how much of this 'liquid' was produced. Precum is always very liquidy so there's that possibility, but there's not much of it, so if there was lots of this 'liquid', I would think it was more likely to be urine.
