penis under waistband

hey, i've heard about people tucking their penises under their waistband instead of like, letting it hang. Since I think my dick sticks out too much, especially when I'm in basketball shorts, I tried it. But, I can't get it to stay under the waistband, like for one, it falls and im wearing basketball shorts, it sticks straight/vertically out, which is VERY embarrising sticking out like that, lol. Also, since it wont stay, I have to constaintly pull the front of my shorts down just enough so itll catch my dick so itll get back under the waistband. Any ideas how to make it stay? (I gotta say though, its perfect incase you get a boner, its already under there, so its not as embarrising when you stand up).

I think the best beat for this is to wear briefs, I know this might not be the most comfortable feeling at first but, trust me it keeps everything in place. there are many types that can do so.

Or compression shorts will do well too.
