Ok So is this psychosis again ?

this week things came back such as ....

- Nightmares
- Panick attacks/anxiety
- Hearing voices (only at night)
- Being paranoid
- Loss of concentration
- Confusion Between whats real and whats not .
- Falshbacks

I would apreciate it if people could get back to me as im a bit scared its all going to come back !

I'm no psychology expert, but it sounds somewhat borderline?

The more you work yourself up about it, the more likely it will bother you.
Try to remain calm, it's normal to have nightmares, hear things, not be able to concentrate, being paranoid and confused in every day life. Is it possible that you're just having a tired week or something simple such as that?

Try to keep calm about it even though it sounds like it's frustrating. If you find that you feel okay in yourself, but these things keep persisting, then maybe you do have psychosis again. Give yourself another week to see how things go maybe?

Hope you feel better soon!

If I don't get a lot of sleep I can't concentrate and sometimes I hear things and keep looking behind my back, I think its normal to get words muddled up occasionally

Perhaps mention it at the hospital, but don't make a huge deal about it. I can imagine it must feel awful if you think that you're slipping back into something that you feared, but if you get panicked over nothing, you're likely to make it worse, even if you don't have psychosis this time.

The hospital may ask you some more direct questions that relate to psychosis so they can diagnose you properly. Just try to relax and keep calm - getting worked up over it won't help

First of all, relax. No matter what the issue, you will be able to work through it.

Is it psychosis? No one here can diagnose you, and while it's possible, there are other things it could be as well. I would absolutely recommend bringing it up at the hospital. Don't hype it up and don't down play, just calmly tell them what's been going on.

I know this is easier said than done, but you just have to try and relax. Don't worry, don't obsess. Life happens, you just have to go along with it.
