I don't think it's right that people tell you this wrong, you need to come to the conclusion alone. First of all- Even if he didn't came inside you still can get pregnant!!!!!! Beware that.
Now, The next imporant thing is to understand that you are the only one who has a saying. If you don't want to he can't make you. Just DON'T GIVE IN to him. If it comes for him to hitting you or anything like that for the sex contact the family\police.
IMO you should think why this is wrong until you are determined enough to resist your urges.

I find it a bit odd that your brother was happy to engage in this sort of sexual activity with you.
Many people will say that this is ethically wrong, and in ways it is. Your brother seems rather overwhelming, and the fact that he wants to do it again is perhaps a little weird. I'm trying to think in his place, and I think it all comes down to hormones. Boys get very very hormonal and horny, and when they have no where to really relieve their sexual energy (other than in masturbation), they'll resort to sexual activity with almost anyone. So I don't think he will persist with trying to make this happen again. If he had a relationship where he was able to have sex or what-have-you, he certainly wouldn't be wanting to do it again. I think it's simply that the excitement has gotten the better if him.
You have got to be so careful though, because you could so easily have gotten pregnant. You lost your virginity to your brother. If you were to end up pregnant, the child would very possibly end up with defects like ShatteredWings said.
Maybe you ought to talk to your brother civilly to make him understand what's happened, and actually how serious it is.

I find your story hard to believe, but if its true you need to tell him it was a mistake and that it cant happen again. Based on what you've said you have already risked getting pregnant, imagine how difficult it would be explaining to your parents who the father is.

I hope you will both think hard about this and accept its not the right thing, but if you decide otherwise at least keep it safe.
