I'm not able to precum but I can regular cum. Does every guy precum or only some? Or have I just no reached that stage in puberty?

Well the reason why we have it is because it is believed to function as a lubricant. The amount of precum that a guy can produce varies widely among others. Some men do not produce any precum at all,while others release as much as 5 ml.

So at the end, Doesn't really make a difference weather or not you can, Just makes things a little easier if you can.

It just depends on your body and your stage of puberty, I am 15 and I have been able to for awhile, and my EX was 13, and he could precum :P
