Dont worry the reason it looks bigger is because when u look down at ure own it makes ure penis look smaller than if u were looking at it from eye level. When u look at some1 elses the effect is less noticeable so soemtimes they can seem bigger

I might because your girth is not a much as your friends, You might have them by length but girth (how long around) might be causing it to look smaller.
