I need help losing weight. Is there any activities that can help you loose weight that are fun? I have asthma, so it makes running not so much fun, but I do it anyway. I also swing dance on Fridays for a few hours. Also are there any foods out there that can increase metabolism? Thank you.

Hold on a sec. If your avatar is you, you do NOT need to loose weight.
Don't force yourself to do things you body can't handle, that's a good way to hurt yourself.
I think how you're exersizing now is fine, assuming you eat enough.

If you are swimming to lose weight though, don't do what a lot of the (large older) ladies do at the pool I go to and swim along really slow without getting your hair wait. Doing that won't do a lot for you. You need to get your heart rate up and keep it going for at least 30 mins, which if you are swimming hard is actually pretty hard to do without stopping. But the good thing is it does work out all your body and gets you really toned.
If there is a gym you can use (sometimes they have age limits) then I hear cycle machines are good because you can work out your legs (biggest muscles so need more energy to work them) and keep it going longer without killing yourself.

In order to lose weight, must eat more foods rich in protein and fiber. Fruit of the best sources of protein and fiber one. Fruit is a natural appetite suppressant.
