Scatterbrain

Thoughts do not always make it to paper:
Insinuations within the mind often persuade
The thinker to become the doer,
The passerby to become the intervention,
The victim to become the salvation,
The salvation of the victimizer.

The walls are painted with seven colors:
Rainbows are not figments of the imagination,
But rather fragments of visualization,
Fragments of specialization,
Diluted interpretation of shattered glass
Scattered across an unpasteurized horizon.

Push back that mindset, fraternize among the words
Scrambled in the mind, forming self-conversations
Lacking clarity, which tug memory to the forefront,
Cluttering the color with the action,
The vision with the depiction,
The walls eternalize and the wavering horizon line
Fades through the trapdoor of cerebra,
Punishing the victim

For thinking
About
Thinking
About
The victimizer
And the
Thinking
About
Thinking
About
The walls
That
Won’t think—
Won’t think
At all.
