Hey everybody just a quick question- My Achilles tendon (in my ankle, doi) has been really throbbing lately, but it's totally unpredictable. There are times when it doesn't hurt at all and times when I can barely walk. Any ideas? Ice? Acebandage? I have my suspicions on what it is; I highly doubt it's a pull or anything. This has been going on for weeks. I'm thinking it might be growing pains of some sort? (I grew like 5 inches last year and gained hardly any weight) anyone having similar experience?

Your only 13 if you can't think of a reason for the pain then there's a good chance it's growing pains, I get that on and off in my knees sometimes and my doctor said it was just growing pains.

Growing pains, or you might have twisted or pulled something without noticing it. I've pulled muscles in my sleep before.
You could ice it if you want, kind of a random place to ice, but it might help. A mellow pain killer might help too.
