Yes, I do have hair on my scrotum. But that's given the fact that I'm 20 and nearly done with puberty. You however, are 14 and are probably just nearing your peak of puberty where things will start to blossom for you.

Give it time, and if you still notice that you're lacking a lot of hair down there, then you could simply just be someone who doesn't grow much pubic hair. There's nothing wrong with it at all, as long as everything else is working correctly.

Well, Your still in puberty and things come at different times, so It you might now get it now, but don't worry it should come. if you have pubic hair then you should be soon.

20% of males never get scrotal hair, and it depends in what stage you are in terms of puberty, so either way I wouldn't worry

I would say not all men. Some shave it. Some don't grow it at all.

My scrotal hairs are actually quite long. As in, they have a mind of their own. Together, they and my pubes enjoy bullying my dick. That's why I worship scissors. Although I don't quite remember when they started to come in and whether they grew separately from the pubes. :D
