After last nights disasterous results for the Democrats, where does Barack Obama go? Should he seek re-election? How does he deal with the TEA party movement? Should he abandon "tax and spend"? and Who is the best placed Republican to beat him in 2012?

Well, he is diffidently in trouble, Of course He is going to seek re-election, What president wouldn't? I mean even George W. Bush ran again and even won, which I kinda wish he hadn't. Anyways, For the T.E.A party movement, If I were him I would try to sway over as many as possible before now and next presidential election. I think he should, It will be in the favor of the new House and also to better his chances in the next election. Right now I think No one is the best placed Republican to beat him. The GOP really doesn't have a strong leader that I would want to vote for. Just like in 2008 with John McCain, I Really don't think he was a strong Republican leader and he was a horrible public speaker and debater, Which you need both to even be a Politician.

Two possible situations: a Bill Clinton-type revival, where he regains his popularity in the next 2 years, or a continuation of the losses he's been making. I can't really see what will happen, but a split Congress will make it harder.

Republicans will focus more on making sure nothing happens so they can pull that card in 2012. What does Obama do? He continues moving us forward and hoping that we can put aside party lines and move forward. I do hope he vetoes every single law designed to go back to the Bush era of policies.
After last night, I am FEARFUL for the future of America.
Also, for Democrat's sake. Sarah Palin/Christine O'Donnel 2012!

I really liked what Marco Rubio had to say yesterday during his victory speech, he seemed to relate to the people easily and convey common values. He also can easily attract multicultural voters, something traditionally difficult for Republican candidates. I think he is one to watch....
