Losing weight only works if it's at a normal and healthy pace, in a healthy way. Other methods that aren't so healthy will cause you to lose weight at an incredible pace, but there's a much higher chance that you will gain it all back.

What you want to do is speed up your metabolism, not slow it down. The two ways to speed up your metabolism are excersise, and, shockingly, I know, to EAT and get nutrients into your body. You can't lose weight when you eat too much, and you can't lose weight when you don't eat enough. Purging might seem appealing since you can eat what you want and get rid of it later, but it causes health problems not only as far as malnutrition, but teeth and gum problems. You need to actually process the food to get the nutrients out of it. Purging is not healthy at all, and can become an obsession and addiction over time.

Yogurt is good though. That's a good step to take, putting healthy food into your lunch. A sweet tooth isn't something you have to completely ignore, but when you do get that sweet tooth, don't eat a huge portion of whatever it is. It's alright to indulge yourself, have a cookie. But portion size is everything. You could even replace the dessert with something sweet and healthy, like fruits, or modified recipe's of your favourite sweets. You can still indulge and lose weight, you don't have to be on a super-strict diet or purge hun.

I actually wouldn't say you're fat. Well, I probably have a different definition. Depending on your height, you probably only have a few pounds to lose, maybe just a bit overweight, which is not what I would call fat. I know it's hard not to be so critical of yourself. Believe me, I go through it everyday. As hard as it is, you just have to assure yourself that you are beautiful, and that many people think so, and stop the negative thoughts about "being fat." Confidence and acceptance should be the first step toward seeking a healthier lifestyle.

Throwing up can seriously damage you. It can really effect your heart. Although my heart problems wasn't caused from this, believe me living with a heart problem is no fun at all. There are some days were i can't do anything without nearly passing out. Laxatives are not good either. Maybe you should try to loose weight a healthier way? As Rith said, find healthier alternatives for your sweet tooth foods, so you can satisfy your hunger, your sweet tooth and still be healthy. The best way to loose weight is to eat the same amount of food but change what your eating, and do more excercise.
You are not fat, don't let your mind trick you into thinking that.

The goal is to be burning more calories than you take in. If you burn 500 calories a day, then you'll lose about a pound a week. And further, if you burn 1000 calories a day, you'll lose two pounds a week. Don't go further than two pounds.

Each day, depending on your weight, you burn a certain amount of calories for just being alive. Then you also have calories you burn exercising.

So, use an online calculator to calculate how many calories you burn a day according to age, height, and weight, eat a certain amount of calories less than that, and then exercise. Losing weight is all math.

Just because you exercise 30 minutes a day for a week doesn't mean you're going to lose 10 pounds within the week. It has to be persistent, and it has to be good and hard. Something that I've heard helps is going normal almost the entire duration of the time and then for the last minute or two going really, really fast.

I'm so sorry to hear you think you're fat, but I don't think you are. Truth is, I don't think anyone looks in the mirror and says, "Oh, god! I've got a wonderful body, I'm so sexy!" We all pick on ourselves and we tend to over exaggerate our worst features. Don't worry. ^^ You're beautiful! <3
