My gf is being tested for stomach cancer sometime here in the last month. I'm so scared what if she does have stomach cancer. I could never imagine losing her... She's my best friend. I want to get married to her and raise a family and grow old with her. :(

Although as scary as it may be you've got to focus on the positive, it may not necessarily come back positive, and even if it does cancer can be beaten. Stick with her and let her know you're not going anywhere and just try and make the most of the month before the tests come around.

That's really tough for you to have to deal with but you need to stay as strong as you can to give her the best possible help and support. If the results are positive its pretty bad news, but as Kaius said there is always hope and a positive mental attitude and determination to beat it can make a huge difference. Good luck for both of you.

This is serious too it's not like she's just going in for the test for no reason. She has stomach ulcers and her stomachs been bothering her alot lately...
