So, who's purchas(ed/ing) this game? From watching content on YouTube, the game looks great. I know people are all down about FPS for the Wii, but they need to be given more of a shot. There's a lot of nostalgia for people like me who played the N64 version.

I've never played Goldeneye, is it as good as Nightfire ?

It'll be better.
Goldeneye from the N64 is still considered one of the best FPS of all time. Nightfire was good, but this will be better.

i still play my N64 Goldeneye. lol. i could never beat the Aztec level. its just so fricken hard. haha. i cant wait to get my hands on a copy of the Wii version.

Goldeneye Wii isn't a remake of the N64 classic, they simply use the same story base and added Daniel Craige, in short expect a completely different game on the same story.
Saying that it still looks awesome and a Wii equivelent of Call of Duty having being modelled more on COD an Halo than the N64 game.

It would be interesting to play, just to see if its any good. Won't buy it though. We haven't touched our Wii in over a year.
