I do not F**ing UNDERSTAND REP lol!!!
I have 13 rep points, but i only have 1 green bar....
what effects my green bar lol?

Rep stands for Reputation.

There's 2 types - Rep Power and Rep Points.

Rep Power is how much you can affect someone's Rep Points - so basically if you have 1 Rep Power, and you add to a person, they get 1 Rep Point. If you have 4 Rep Power, and you add to a person, they get 4 Rep Points, and so on.

Rep Points are a measure of how much people like your posts, basically.
A green bar is a representation of how many Rep Points you have. I think every 50 points or something you gain a green bar. But really it doesn't matter. Rep isn't a big deal, it's just one of the functions of our site. Don't take it as gospel.

People will give you rep based upon your posts, not because you ask for it. That thing in your signature is a big thing people will notice when giving you rep, and may not give it to you because it seems like you're begging for it.

Rep doesn't matter anyways.

People wouldn't give rep to anyone who seems desparate for rep, the best way to gain rep is to concentrate on writing helpful and quality posts and then rep takes care of itself
