No, not necessarily. It all depends on how much the testicles produce, not whether or not they're larger. In some cases, maybe the volume of sperm cells is a bit higher, but for the most part, no.

I think it's not the balls, but the testosterone, so 2 guys with different size balls but se amount of testosterone would produce
