It sounds like you already doing quite a bit of excercise? Carry on doing this. Eat less high fat foods, such as fast food, and replace it with other healthier foods. You can also do simple things such as walking places instead of taking the car etc.

I hope I'm not bumping something old, it hasn't even been a month..
At any rate, I do simple workouts that require no money such as Push Ups, Pulls Ups, Sit Ups, running, etc. Sports is another great way to get involved, but for the less competitive types (like me) exercising will have to suffice.
I've been a bit overweight myself, weighing at 105 lbs and 5'5". Now before you say I'm super skinny I have absolutely no muscle on my body at all. Maybe a bit in the arms and legs, but that's it. It's mostly just how I look that displeases me. All of my fat seems to collect in my stomach and thigh areas, and so I try and focus on that. Great results from two years ago, haven't really lost weight. I mostly just exchanged fat for muscle. So, that's what I did. And if you really work hard on it, you should be in shape by the time the baseball season comes around next year.

u wanna cut carbs and eat more protein.
Day 1
do chest and back
pushups and chinups (if u cant do chinups use the lat pulldown machine and do a high weight u can only do 5 reps)
Day 2
do plyometrics or a full day of cardio
u can find plyometrics stuff online
Day 3
do arms and shoulders
so different kinds of biceps curls, tricep extensions and shoulder presses
Day 4
do stretching or yoga
Day 5
legs and back
do lots of squats and lunges and do the same back stuff as monday
Day 6
do cardio again but see if u can get karate, kenpo, kung foo etc
Day 7
rest or stretch
with all of these do maximum reps for the weight u pick, u should FAIL lifting the weight
keep adding onto each workout till it lasts about an hour

Fruit increases the system's metabolism, helping to reduce fat, eventually leading to weight loss.
