I'd say it probably is a fordcye spot, they usually are described by that, and usually go away within a couple of days. just be careful while masturbation will irritate the fordcye spot and can be sore/ or even a bit painful. Just be easy, If it doesn't go away within a week then i would consider talking to your dad or mom (Dad if you can) about it and see if you can set up a doctors appt. to have it checked out.
