Love them, cheese and tuna sounds good, or tuna mayo. I'm not a fan of baked beans. Chilli makes a good filling too.

Most i've ever done with a baked potato is butter, cheese, sour cream, bacon bits, and chives. And sometimes i smother it with A1. That just looks... odd, yet worth a try.
