I AM 15 and a half and i have like a 5.8 penis size and a girth of like 3 inches and i am 6ft2 175 wats wrong

You're 15, that's what's wrong.
Seriously, you have at least 4 years for the main vein to grow, even if you're tall and such. Different stages of puberty happen at different times because everyone is different, so it's common for different parts of the body to develop at varying times.
Tbh though, 5.8 is just under adult average (~6.175 I think) so you're not like drastically small. Besides, even a lot of people on here lie about their size or round up a bit, so don't think you're small because of posts you see on here.

I would say that at 5.8" you are spot on the adult average, different surveys come up with slightly different averages, but you're there abouts anyway so definitely not small. Girth growth tends to come later than length so you will almost certainly gain some more girth before the end of puberty.

For 15 the average is 4.9 inches no joke.
