Just give it time, people advance at different rates during puberty, you have plenty of time, no worries :)

If you have other signs of puberty, like pubic hair for example, then the process has started and you just need to give it more time. Some guys start later than others. If you dont have any signs of puberty it might be an idea to check with your doctor, he may possibly consider hormone treatment to kick start the process.

Well as 15 does sound a little on the later end, that is not abnormal. As the other two have said before, Everyone progresses differently in puberty. Some may start out by getting underarm hair, some may start by just here body growing. Others might see signs such as pubic hair or penis size has increase. In any case, If you have seen signs in puberty, then don't worry it will come soon enough.
Bottom line is that you can't make your body go any faster so just enjoy mess-free masturbation! haha

your probably just a late bloomer, but if you haven't developed pubic hair, growth of testes then it might be an idea to contact a doctor

What to do?.......Wait, you cant speed it up unless a doctor prescribes hormones to speed up the process for you. Dont worry about it too much because its out of your control, it will happen eventually, but if your really worried about it, ask at your next physical or make an appointment to see the doctor

im the same as u -- i have not cum yet -
some of us r just late to puberty -
i also take leukemia meds which do not help.
i do know 2 guys who are 15 at my school who r like us -
in time -- i would advice u to talk to a PE teacher, school nurse, if u have any questions on being late to reach puberty - they will tell u the same - i know because i have already asked.
