I would say guys just because its more openly spoken about

but it depends on the individual, you could have a guy with a low sex drive therfore the need to do the deed would be less and a girl with a high sex drive who would do it more often

I think probably guys more.

I actually think girls. Guys are more open about it, but then again many guys pretend to do it more just cause they don't wanna look 'gay' in front of their mates. Girls are pretty modest about it, but probably do it more often.

Although the majority of boys masturbate more than girls, some girls are so horny and "curious" that they watch porn more than boys and masturbate more than boys.
